This page explains how Camp Playmaker and Jubileague may capture and use photos or video during camp, and what that means for families completing registration.
Granting permission is meant to support communication, celebration, and promotion of camp experiences. Families who choose not to grant permission can still participate fully in camp.
If a parent or guardian does not grant media permission, the camper may still fully participate in Camp Playmaker. The team will make reasonable efforts not to use identifiable public-facing photos or videos of that child.
Because camp environments are active and group-based, incidental background appearance may not always be avoidable, but public promotional use will be handled with care.
If you have questions about media use, or would like to request removal of a photo or video when reasonable, contact us at campsupport@jubileague.com.
We will review requests in good faith and respond as promptly as possible.
